Summary: Basically ‘ok’, nothing outstanding. Nowhere was info given about towel or bedding changes nor trash removal. I asked for trash to be removed from waste baskets and for towels to be exchanged. They were very pleasant about doing so. The room we stayed in was definitely showing age and in need of upgrades. The mattresses needed to be replaced.

Summary: I've been staying at this hotel on and off over the past four years. In the past weekend breakfast was served from 6 to 10 am. However, during this last visit hotel staff removed the food and cleaned up beginning at 9:30 am. I looked for any signs indicating when breakfast was served, but could find nothing, anywhere. My daughter and I were lucky we came at 9, so we got food. Some other hotel guests were not as fortunate.

Summary: It was a pretty old and run down hotel. They have tried to do some updating but no elevator working, lock on our door was broken, general condition was fair a best.

Summary: The mattresses were quite old and a little lumpy. Breakfast was ok. Didn't have a chance to try the pool. Landline in our room did not work.

Summary: Rooms had body sized holes in the wall. Ents were filthy, hot eat worked and breakfast was actually really good.

Summary: Our room was very near to an outside door with easy access to the pool/hot tub/gym area. Our beds were new, firm, and very comfortable. Our sheets were clean, soft, and high thread count! TV worked well. Pillows were plenty and puffy. The breakfast area was spotless and well stocked. The staff mopped the entry and food area at least 3x while we were eating to ensure cleanliness and appearance for all guests. Check in was fast, informative amd friendly. All aspects of our short overnight stay were excellent, including the waterslide and hot tub! Would definitely recommend. 🙏💜

Summary: Curtains were broken, room was dirty, outlet was not attacked to the wall just laying on the floor. Manager at front desk was not friendly. Ran out of towels in the swimming area Friday and Saturday, ran out of regular towels Thursday night. Carpet on stairs is ripped is many places.
